The all new SR-i500 is an ultra-compact 2 way FM paging security system designed specifically for the motorcycle industry.

It features a hand held LCD transceiver that combines both remote and pager features.

By utilizing High Frequency FM technology the SR-i500 transceiver is capable of sending and receiving commands from up to ½ Mile away from the motorcycle. It incorporates a selectable audible vibrating alert and a back lit LCD screen that displays alarm triggers and confirms system modes with easy to understand icons and text messages.

For its sensing mechanism, the SR-i500 utilizes a built in Analog Devices ADXL202 accelerometer. This 2-axis digital inclination sensing microprocessor measures both dynamic acceleration (e.g., vibration) and static acceleration (e.g., gravity) with an extremely high degree of accuracy. It allows the module to be placed in any position or mounting angle and requires no adjustments.

The SR-i500 control module also offers a built in programmable multi tone siren enabling the user to select his personal siren tones as well as trigger duration. To assure durability the module is manufactured to surpass industry standard and meets all OEM specs. The system is equipped with waterproof connectors and is hermetically sealed with a polyurethane compound to ensure that systems will withstand water submersion test of 5'.

For simple installation the SR-i500 offers optional factory style connector kits that simply plug into the motorcycle's factory wiring harness creating a non-destructive installation. OEM installation kits are currently available for late model Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Harley Davidson, American Iron Horse, Big Dog and Indian motorcycles.

Other standard features include; battery safeguard with "sleep mode", rolling codes with anti-scan feature, ignition sensor, flash lights with memory display, low battery indicator, RCS "in range display", remote panic, selectable auto/manual arming, programmable silent vibrate/audible,. Available options include a programmable perimeter sensor with a 3 stage warn away feature, ignition disable with anti hi-jack.
