JENSEN EXPANDS ITS MULTIMEDIA PRODUCT LINE FOR 2008
One Model is A CEA Award-Winner

LAS VEGAS CONVENTION CENTER - 2008 CES Show - January 7, 2008 - Audiovox Corporation (NASDAQ: VOXX). According to NPD, the Company's Jensen Mobile Electronics group currently holds the top 5 out of 10 positions in mobile multi media. At CES they will launch a completely revamped line up including a CES Innovation Award winner, the 6.5-inch touch screen, Satellite and HD ready unit the VM9022HDN.

Screen sizes on the new line range from 3.5" to 7" and two of the six new models feature touch screens and are Bluetooth compatible.

The flagship on the new line is the 6.5-inch touch screen multi media receiver that is satellite radio-ready, has navigation, HD Radio TM and Bluetooth. This system, model VM9022HDN offers all of the latest digital technology and connectivity in a one-source media hub. "With features like SMART routing navigation, Bluetooth, iPod and AV input, the VM9022HDN takes connectivity to the next level and is just one example why Jensen is the leader in the mobile multimedia category, and why we won a CEA Innovations Award for this product."

This is the first multimedia head unit in the Jensen line-up to offer integrated AM/FM HD Radio, and SMART Navigation with Teleatlas Map Data and 3.5million POI. SMART Navigation has an "Alternative Plotter & Flow" capability that offers the driver a number of ways to get to his destination, based on the time of day and various traffic patterns, resulting in an easier, more problem-free drive. There are eight languages to choose from: English, Mexican-Spanish, European-Spanish, French-Canadian, Chinese, German, Italian and Brazilian-Portuguese. MSRP: $1,299.99

The VM9312HD/AM-FM HD RadioTM is satellite radio and HD compatible and supports DVD, MP3, and WMA formats. It has a motorized 7-inch touch screen, HD radio and iPod Receiver. (An external HD RadioTM Tuner Module is included.) Other features include jLinkDirect, a high-speed direct connect interface for playlists, artists, albums and songs. It controls all iPod functions (except iPod Shuffle) via touch screen, and requires purchase of jLinkCable. Compatible disc media includes DVD+R / RW, CD-R and CD-RW; compatible media formats: MPEG1 / 2, XviD, AVI, CD-DA, MP3, WMA, SVCD, VCD and TPEG. There are two AV inputs for external media connectivity including iPod, Game Console, and MP3 players. MSRP: $499.99.
