JEPPESEN MARINE INTRODUCES NEW VERSION OF TIDES & CURRENTS SOFTWARE

Jeppesen Marine exhibiting at upcoming Miami International Boat Show,

Miami, Florida, February 15-19, Booth #1657
PORTLAND, ORE., February 7, 2006 - Navigation pioneer Jeppesen Marine today announced the newest release of Tides & Currents 3.5, a tide and tidal current prediction software. This new version will ship to qualified Nobeltec dealers February 7, 2007 with plans to unveil its new features at the upcoming Miami International Boat Show being held in Miami, Florida, February 15th -19th. Jeppesen Marine will be located in booth #1657 and will provide product demonstrations of Tides & Currents 3.5 as well as Admiral, VNS Version 9 software and its add on products - Sailing, Tender Tracker, and XM Plus Packs.

Tides & Currents 3.5 has been updated with new 2007 tide and current data from NOAA and is a
powerful tool that instantly predicts both tides and tidal currents for thousands of locations in North America and other parts of the world. Tides & Currents has a sleek new interface and is corrected for the new Daylight Saving Time (DST) coming to the U.S. in spring 2007. It also has predictions through the year 2100, exclusive support for Passport Charts, a real-time tide & current window, plus customizable and printable reports.

"There's something special about this Nobeltec Tides & Currents 3.5 ...The program is corrected
for the new Daylight Saving Time (DST) scheme coming to the U.S. in 2007," said Ben Ellison, Power & Motoryacht and SAIL magazine electronics editor, "Yes, in case you hadn't heard, we are adding a month of DST, now starting it on the second Sunday in March and extending it to the first Sunday in November (with a few exceptions). That will most definitely mess up any uncorrected software or printed tide tables you use, if they are supposedly adjusted for DST. (NOAA used to print all tables in Standard Time because, according to a functionary I once spoke to, they didn't know how to handle predictions that fell between 1am and 2am on the last "fall back" day of DST, when that "hour" happens twice).

"For owners of Nobeltec Admiral or Visual Navigation Suite (VNS) 9, the new Tides & Currents
3.5 will be included in the free 9.1 upgrade in March. This upgrade will be available via the Auto
Update feature in the Nobeltec software," said Shepard Tucker, Jeppesen Marine General
Manager.

Customers who do not own Nobeltec Admiral or VNS 9 and would like to upgrade from a previous
version of Tides & Currents are encouraged to call the Jeppesen Sales Department Toll Free:
(800) 946-2877 or Global: +1 503 579 1414. Tides & Currents 3.5 product and dealer information
