ENGLEWOOD, COLO., April 9, 2008 - Excell Marine, a McNational, Inc. subsidiary, will deploy Jeppesen Workboat Navigator across its fleet of towboats. This new offering from Jeppesen Marine is a professional information service developed specifically for commercial vessels operating in coastal and inland waterways.
