Innovative Feature Vehicle Demonstrates New HD Speakers

Oxnard, Calif., (October 30, 2007) - Scosche Industries, a leader of mobile electronics aftermarket accessories, will feature a new Honda Civic Si in its booth at the 2007 Specialty Equipment Manufacturer's Association (SEMA) Show in Las Vegas. The vehicle will utilize and show off Scosche Industries signature "custom kit, factory fit" installation kit with a custom translucent polycarbonate install kit and will also feature its new HD^TM series speakers promoting better sound quality by 'Delivering the Digital Experience.'

According to Kas Alves, vice president sales and marketing, Scosche Industries, "Scosche is a recognized industry pioneer of installation kits and harnesses. The Honda Civic si will demonstrate our core capabilities while demonstrating our newest speaker line for the serious audio enthusiast."

Included in the custom installation of the Honda Civic Si is Scosche's installation kit #HA1561B injected with translucent polycarbonate with back lit illumination to show Scosche's ability to make a perfect "custom kit, factory fit" in a complex application. As with all Scosche installation kits, it guarantees a factory fit and gives installers and enthusiasts the ease and ability to fit any DIN head unit into the new Honda Civic.

The Civic features a full multimedia system that runs through Scosche's HD^TM audio system.

Along with a Clarion multimedia system and Clarion monitors, the Scosche HD^TM audio upgrade of the Civic includes the following components:

Two HD^TM component speakers in the front doors (#HD67);
Two HD^TM amplifiers
One HD^TM subwoofer enclosure;
Two HD^TM speakers in the trunk (#HD67).
Accumat sound deadening material throughout vehicle;
EFX power and speaker wires, battery terminals, and audio connectors.
The exterior of the Civic custom installation expresses the HD^TM theme with a full vinyl wrap, Nitto tires, Akuza 20" wheels, Grillcraft mesh grill, and AFE intake system.
