Products Enhance Sound Quality Offer Simple Installation

MEMPHIS Tenn. (Aug. 7) - For the car audio enthusiast wanting the complete system Memphis Car Audio has introduced new products that will have any system performing to its maximum potential. Two new signal processors and a redesigned line of subwoofer enclosures will be available at specialty retailers nationwide in September.

6ix is an OEM interface designed to work with most head units and offers a clean easy installation. This device will integrate seamlessly to an existing head unit keeping core features like navigation and blue tooth intact. This line output converter has 6 inputs and 6 outputs. It features a signal-sensing turn on 60 watts of speaker input at 4 ohms 9.5 volts of output and two channels of remote volume control.

Bass2.2 digitally enhances car audio system bass from any source. Bass2.2 will offer bass output from the range of 2.5 volts to 10 volts and will restore between 25Hz to 65Hz that are lost with iPods and other MP3 players. This processor can be fed balanced or unbalanced inputs and will provide maximum bass.

Enclosures - Memphis Car Audio's 8 new unloaded enclosures are made of sturdy ¾ inch medium density fiberboard (MDF). For a clean stealth look subwoofers mount flush with the baffle. Each box has a sleek attractive look featuring smooth upholstery and a finely embroidered black and silver Memphis Car Audio logo on the top. Enclosures will be available in single and dual models to house 10 12 and 15 inch subwoofers.
