April 2, 2008 Team Zapco had an outstanding showing this year at Spring Break Nationals bringing home 20 awards with 5 competitors. In attendance this year for Team Zapco at SBN were Matt Roberts, Kirk Proffitt, Steve McIntyre, Joe Karpus, and new to the Team, Lee Byerly. Team Z also had an SPL competitor this year that took home First place in both the events that she entered. Andrea McIntyre, with her Jeep Power Wheels, brought home a First place in MECA kids MK2 class with a 140.1 and MECA kids drive by SPL with a 122.8. We just want to congratulate all of the Team members that showed up for SBN this year and give them a BIG Thank You for representing this company with such class and integrity.
