The heart of the system is the advanced analysis algorithm "MetaHearing" which actually listens to the loudspeaker while it undergoes a test procedure. With this advanced procedure, each irregularity is detected, identified and immediately eliminated, ensuring that all possible non-compliant components do not make their way into the finished product. All the measurements obtained by the Klippel QC system converge into a database where a unique ID is created for each Mille line loudspeaker. This makes it possible to track the loudspeaker through its various production phases and create a history of its manufacturing life cycle.
