All Consumers please be advised that it has been brought to our attention that another online retailer is claiming to be the online source for Arc Audio Products. Please be advised that these actions were not done in good faith or with the permissions of Arc Audio Inc.

Arc Audio will continue to stand firm on its zero tolerance policies regarding any form of online product sales. Arc Audio does not authorize, approve, or endorse any online website store or auction house.

Please read and review our product sales and warranty policies and note that any products purchased online in any fashion will not include a Arc Audio factory warranty or factory support from an Arc Audio dealer or certified technician.

Please note to recieve any manufacture warranty services, your product must be accompanied by a copy of the "Original Dated and Printed" reciept from an "Authorized" Arc Audio "Brick and Mortar" storefront location. The warrantied product must also have the original registered serial number identification stickers intact and in readable condition to recieve warranty services at no charge.
