Rosen Aviation Announces High‐Definition (HD) Product Line

Eugene, Oregon - Rosen Aviation will present its new high‐definition (HD) product line at the 61st annual NBAA convention in Orlando, Florida this October. A long‐time provider of premium in‐flight cabin entertainment systems (IFE), Rosen has a wide range of upscale HD products under development, including an HD 3‐D mapping system for its RosenView series and a high‐definition DVD player. As with all Rosen products, the HD line is specifically engineered for aviation use only.

Complementing the high‐definition source equipment, Rosen will be displaying an array of HD widescreen displays, which will be available beginning in 2009.

"As the future of cabin entertainment systems is HD, Rosen is developing the highest quality solutions for the airborne environment," said Jeff Unger, Rosen's vice president of engineering. "With these new products, Rosen is providing the high‐definition performance required by major corporate aircraft original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and owners."

These new products will be on display at booth 1438 during the NBAA convention, October 6th through October 8th.
