NavSim Polska - a subsidiary of NavSim Technology Inc. Awarded the Golden Bell by the Association of Polish Sailors

NavSim Polska, the new member of the NavSim family of companies was registered in the Commercial Register of Companies in Poland on September 29th, 2008. Its role is to promote and market the NavSim line of products in Poland and in the countries of the EU, as well as to conduct additional R&D activities. NavSim Polska has two members of its Board of Directors: Mr. Jacek Pietraszkiewicz, who is also the President of NavSim Polska, and Dr. Piotr Waclawek, President of NavSim Technology Inc. The headquarters of the NavSim Group is in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Poznan Boatshow 2008, Poland
The 10th Poznan Boatshow 2008 was held from November 13 - 16 in Poland, the largest show for sailors and motorboats in Central Europe. Hundreds of exhibitors from central and northern Europe attended, the biggest number of them from Poland.

NavSim marked its debut at this show by presenting all of its "Cruiser" products to the Marketing Innovation contest. The independent Jury composed of journalists, sailors, the organizing committee and the Directors of the Polish Sailing Association reviewed and tested all products over two days.

NavCruiser PRO^TM, BoatCruiser^TM and SailCruiser^TM products were chosen as the collective winner. NavSim Polska received the Golden Bell from the Polish Sailing Association for the best user-friendly product that significantly improves safety of sailing. "This was a tremendous honour for us to receive the award, particularly given that it's our first time showing the products. We are very proud," said Jacek Pietraszkiewicz, President of NavSim Polska. Piotr Waclawek, President of NavSim Technology Inc., echoed Jacek's words and added, "Our team in Canada extends hearty congratulations to Jacek and his group on this prestigious honour."

During the BoatShow, the NavSim Polska Team was invited to give a series of working seminars on the use of Electronic Navigation Systems. Mr.Pietraszkiewicz was also invited to conduct a series of seminars and presentations in the Gdynia Maritime University.
