London, May 1, 2008 - Tele Atlas (FSE: TA6, EUNV: TA), a leading global provider of digital maps and dynamic content for navigation and location-based solutions, today announced a Value Added Reseller (VAR) agreement with 1Spatial for Tele Atlas MultiNet^TM digital map database platform. This agreement will help enable 1Spatial to offer powerful integration and quality services, which include MultiNet digital map data, to a broad range of organizations ranging from large corporate enterprises and system integrators to local and central governments.

1Spatial has extensive experience in providing operational solutions to organizations with large geospatial databases, notably around geospatial data integration and quality control. Through the agreement, 1Spatial now will be able to offer end-users a suite of GPS and geospatial solutions based on Tele Atlas' MultiNet helping them to more rapidly benefit from their location-based applications.

Of note, Tele Atlas and 1Spatial previously have worked together to re-engineer the existing workflow for a global telecommunications company to replace the data from its incumbent digital mapping provider with the latest MultiNet database from Tele Atlas. For telecommunications companies, available bandwidth, pricing, quality of service and, therefore, customer satisfaction increasingly rely on location intelligence.
