Winston Guillory Named President Of RAYSAT Broadcasting Corporation

Executive Brings Wealth of Experience, Knowledge in Location-based Services as AT&T and RaySat Broadcasting Debuts AT&T CruiseCastSM

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 4, 2008 - With his appointment to president of RaySat Broadcasting Corporation announced at The SEMA Show today, Winston Guillory will take the helm of a company that is poised to revolutionize in-car entertainment.

RaySat Broadcasting Corporation, in conjunction with AT&T, today introduced AT&T CruiseCastSM, the breakthrough in-car entertainment service that will provide 22 premium satellite TV channels and 20 radio channels of on-the-go, rear-seat entertainment for families, commuters and mobile professionals when launched in the Spring 2009. The giant advancement in number of channels and video signal continuity has been made possible thanks to pioneering technology that reduces the rooftop antenna to a small low-profile compact size and overcomes line-of-sight obstacles such as overpasses, buildings, trees or tunnels.

RaySat Broadcasting Corporation (RBC), a privately held company and AT&T, the world's premiere telecommunications company, worked together to develop the service offering.

Guillory brings to RBC a wealth of experience and knowledge in location-based services. Until recently, he was Senior Vice President of Consumer and Enterprise at NAVTEQ, creator of digital maps and map content that power GPS navigation and other location-based services around the world.

Prior to joining NAVTEQ, he was Senior Vice President for the Intermec Global Sales organization. He also gained experience in the intelligent transportation industry while serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Amtech, the worldwide leader in radio frequency identification, a subsidiary of Intermec.

Guillory spent two years at Weblink Wireless, Inc., a leading wireless company in North America, and five years at Visual Information Technology, a premier imaging company. It was at VITec that Guillory began his foray into geographic-information systems.

Guillory spent the first nine years of his career at IBM.

He now serves on several Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards for several innovative companies in the Location Based Services (LBS) market such as Networks in Motion, deCarta, GeoSentric Oy (Gypsii), Immersive Media, Blom ASA, and Flypaper.

I couldn't be more pleased about joining RaySat Broadcasting Corporation at this time. No one in the industry is delivering what will be available soon with AT&T CruiseCast," said Guillory. We are already being welcomed with open arms by the automotive industry recognizing this as a powerful new addition to its consumer product offerings. We're on the threshold of a new era of fun and enjoyment for the family on the go or someone who spends a great deal of time on the road."

Satellite industry visionary Yoel Gat is Chairman and CEO of RaySat Broadcasting Corporation. When we were looking for an executive with the right mix of demonstrated leadership abilities, grasp of our unique technology advantage and experience in an adjacent market, Winston stood out as the best choice to help take AT&T CruiseCast to market," said Gat.
