Every inch of this amplifier series shouts to audiophiles and performance enthusiast alike with unquestionable upscale features and incredible D-Class sound quality. But there's a catch of sorts. The Discus Series is amazingly affordable.

The DSC series offers the greatest possible flexibility in creating the most complex sound systems with Band Pass crossover networks and the use of the highest grade electrical components. The attractive aluminum heat sink dissipates heat evenly and efficiently. Oversized Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) digital power supplies are the key to the overall system stability. The Tandem-Core toroidals, used in all Discus amplifiers, add extreme ruggedness.

The Discus series bass equalization shapes low-frequencies with up to 12dB of equalization at 45Hz to compensate for reproducing large amounts of bass in the confinement of small vehicle space. Adjustments can be made through the convenient remote bass control that is standard with all mono-block Discus amplifiers.

The Discus line of MB Quart is an entry level means into quality audio performance with features normally found in higher end units. With 1500 to 2000 watts of raw power these amps deliver exceptionally low distortion at extreme listening with 85% power efficiency levels converted into audio instead of heat. With a significant reduction of heat, they are designed to sustain power advantages with the superior audio quality expected from MB Quart.
