Launch Version Detaches from Wrist Band, First Ever
June 15, 2009
WristFone watch face detaches from the wristband! Allows users to instantly talk on phone as a normal cell phone Las Vegas, March 31, 2009 - Neutrano, Inc. is debuting the launch version of WristFone at the CTIA Wireless show in Las Vegas, Nevada, April 1-3. With its "Get Smart" campaign, "smart" is when you combine a phone, camera, music player and wristwatch - all in one neat looking device.
Neutrano was first to market the digital picture viewer and world-class timepiece, the Photowatch, in Spring 2008, and is launching the first ever LED Voice command/response alarm clock that you can set the alarm with your voice.
"After more than two years of R and D and discussions with leading industry carriers and professionals, Neutrano reconfirmed its commitment to launch a watch phone in North America this year", asserts Gary Rotman, president of Neutrano.
"Consumer focus groups told us the main barrier to purchasing a phone watch was the awkwardness of listening and talking to a phone on your wrist. So, we developed the first ever detachable cell phone watch in the world. We just can't wait to show the world this version!", beams Mr. Rotman.
Neutrano is previewing two unlocked, GSM styles at private viewings during the CTIA show. These two will be launched on June 15, 2009. The black resin and leather detachable version as well as a stainless steel sport look version will be launched simultaneously. They both will retail between $300 and $400.
