NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zoombak^TM (www.Zoombak.com) the leader in Personal GPS tracking devices, today announced the promotion of Patrice McAree to Executive Vice President, Chief Development officer.

In his new role, Mr. McAree will oversee all sales, business development, marketing, product development, and partner management for the industry-leading personal GPS locator service provider. He will seek to expand sales from current retail and OEM channels and build new revenue streams from new and various B2B vertical channels. He will also seek to boost the company's international growth strategy.

On the marketing front, Mr. McAree will help guide overall marketing communications and strategy to build on Zoombak's growing brand awareness and trade presence. His efforts in product management will be focused on continuing to develop best-in-class services, devices and applications for location tracking and next-generation location services.

Patrice has over a decade of senior leadership experience in the digital media and wireless industries. He previously ran global business development for Mobile 365; was Senior Vice President for Corporate Development at the News Corporation; served as Managing Director of the digital arm of News Corporation in Australia; and managed business development for Lucent Technologies Asia-Pacific CDMA group. He has an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
