Las Vegas, USA, January, 7-10, 2010－ JVC is introducing the KD-R810 Bluetooth^® Wireless Technology CD receiver with dual USB ports which can connect 2 iPod^®/iPhone^TM players. The Bluetooth^® function is compatible with iPhone^TM and supports the Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP). Other features include Separated Variable-Color, user-friendly search functions for phone book and audio files, and detachable control panel.

Separated Variable-Color

The advanced version of Variable-Color Illumination lets you select two separate colors for the keys and display from over 30,000 x 30,000 color combinations. Enjoy ease-of-use in a stylish look to go with your car's illumination.

Dual USB Port

The dual USB ports provide multiple options to suit your style. The included USB Bluetooth^® adapter can be connected to either front or rear, depending on your usage frequency. For audio sources, connect your iPod^®/iPhone^TM or other USB devices.

USB Audio for iPod^®/iPhone^TM

You can connect two iPod^®/iPhone^TM players to the dual USB ports, and enjoy music in clear, digital sound with full speed transfer. The unit also lets you listen to the sound of iPod^®/iPhone^TM applications, such as games, web radio, or YouTube.

Bluetooth^® Wireless Technology

The included wired microphone offers flexible settings for clear communication. The Phone Book Access Profile (PBAP) lets you automatically access your phone book without transfer. You can also manually transfer up to 400 numbers from compatible cell phones. Changing from hands-free to a private conversation can be done by a push of a key. You can also easily switch Bluetooth^® connection between 2 phones, such as for business/private use. Bluetooth^® compatibility check is available at the store.

The new A to Z search for phone book and audio files displays characters when you press the up/down key, offering easy access. The accelerated search function will skip 1, 10, 100, then 1,000 items when you turn the volume dial quickly while displaying a list.

The KD-R810 features advanced EQ settings, which boosts the frequency ranges usually absorbed in the car, and adjusts the sound to best fit the human ear. You can enjoy dynamic sound even with ordinary speakers.

On leaving your car, you can detach the face panel and carry it in the included case to guard against theft.

The KD-R810 is available in February with an MSRP of $219.95.
