The company will award an iPad to the 1000^th person to download and register the new "Boingo Wi-Fi Credits" software application from Apple's U.S. App Store.

Beginning today, iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad owners can download the free "Boingo Wi-Fi Credits" application for purchasing one-hour Wi-Fi credits using their Apple iTunes account. Once installed, contestants simply launch the software and enter a valid email address for automatic entry into the contest. The 1000^th person to download "Boingo Wi-Fi Credits" will be notified via email and announced on Boingo's Facebook page.
