MECP to Host Informal Retailer Focus Group Meeting During 2011 CES
Wednesday, January 05, 2011 -- MECP is hosting an informal Retailer Focus Group meeting to better connect with the concerns and questions that many retailers and other employers of aftermarket 12-volt Installation Technicians often have. MECP said it is interested in hearing your thoughts and questions in an informal session during the International CES Show on Saturday January 8th, 4-5pm in the Upstairs North Hall CEA Member Lounge. No RSVP is necessary. MECP said that Bob Fields (past MECP Committee Chair) and Kris Bulla (current MECP Committee Chair) will be on hand to answer questions about the program's many benefits to employers and manufacturers and listen to your candid feedback with the goals of continuing to improve the value to certified technicians, their employers and the industry at large. MECP Technical Consultant, Todd Ramsey, will also be present to provide any specific information retailers may have about the content of current study guides and exams, including some information about what's ahead for 2011. The organization said this is an opportunity to ask questions and provide points of view about how certified technicians can improve the industry and their respective businesses. Those interested in attending should simply arrive at the LVCC Upstairs North Hall CEA Member Lounge on Saturday by 4pm. No RSVP is necessary. If you have any more questions or wish to receive further information about Retailer Focus Group meetings, please send an e-mail to mecp@mecp.com with "Retailer Focus Group" in the subject line to be added to the e-mail information list.
