I dunno it voice activation in cars is a great idea, but there are some other options right now, like activating cars by the use of fingerprint scanning (Bentley cars has this one right now...)and there are now flying cars btw... but not that great...
Just bumped into this post while looking for headlight assembly parts...
When are we going to see more gadgets in the car that are voice activated? GPS systems talk to us. Bluetooth-integrated cell phones count too, I guess. But there's very little stuff controlled by the sound of my voice.
Will this go the way of the flying car?
This is my car.
This is my car on gadgets.
Any questions?
For voice activation to work, the technology behind it, such as voice recognition and/or encoding/decoding and/or encryption/decryption, has to there. And they are not quite there yet.
Voice activation is cool, however, timing to market for any novel gadget has to be right too. Looking forward to some invention.
