I am currently using a Sony head unit in my Hyundai Tiburon, the CDX-GT420IP, which is a somewhat basic head unit that offers iPod integration. What was nice is that it integrated right with my factory system!

My 5G iPod plugs right into the cable from the back of the unit, and powers the iPod. The head unit's control then takes over, and I am forced to use the head unit to control the iPod.

I find that this interface is quite slow and it's really difficult to quickly navigate to what I want.

Which head units feature better iPod integration? What has your experience been with iPod integration in the car?
